The convention registration fee is Rs. 1500/. The delegates will be provided with convention kit, convention proceedings, lunch and tea (on three convention days only). TA/DA and accommodation charges will have to be borne by sponsoring organizations/participants.

Please send your completed registration form dully filled -in along with the registration fee through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Organizing Secretary, PLANNER 2012, payable at Gangtok to Dr. Tamal Kumar Guha, Librarian, Sikkim University, 6th Mile, Samdur, Post: Tadong, Gangtok-737102 Sikkim on or before February 15, 2012. DD should be drawn on nationalized banks only.

Registration for Students: The convention registration fee for student is Rs. 500/- . Accommodation fees will be charged separately, based on type of accommodation required.

Accommodation

Accommodation fees will be charged separately, based on type of accommodation as required. Accommodation can be arranged for the participants in the university campus/or Hotels on first cum first basis provided intimation and advance booking charges are sent to the Organizing Secretary, PLANNER-2012 Sikkim University, Gangtok along with registration fees. If any participant intends to stay in a hotel, it may be arranged on actual payment basis provided intimation and advance booking charges.Click Here to see accommodation charge.
