Accommodation will be provided on First Come First Serve basis. Limited accommodation facilities are available. Request for accommodation on conference dates or nearer will not be encouraged as it will give undue pressure for organisers to hunt places. Accommodation charges for those who register on or before 15th Oct 2008 will be Rs. 500/- per person for two days on twin sharing basis. Pick up also will be arranged from these places to the convetion venue. If you are coming with family, prior intimation is required. If you like to stay for more days before or after the convention, rates are to be negotiated with the hotels/guest houses in advance.
