The full-text paper must be submitted electronically, as a .DOCX or .ODT file, and uploaded on http://cms.inflibnet.ac.in.
The research data generated while conducting research and used to derive results have to be supplied mandatorily at the time of submission. Accompanying material such as study description, data description, questionnaire and other supporting documents may be uploaded under 'Upload Dataset' in a single zip file.
Submissions will undergo a blind review process; therefore, the manuscript must not include the author’s name, affiliation, email address, biography, or any other information that could reveal the identity of the author or institution.
The copyright of the paper will remain with the author; however, the PLANNER 2026 organizers retain the right to host a copy of the paper in their institutional repository with open access.
The authors of the accepted Papers will have to register for the Convention and present their papers during technical sessions.
